At Ryobi Deal Finders, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home improvement tools and hardware. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, batteries, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
